Millennium Hire Purchase Company Ltd, having its Registered Office at P.O. Box 10309-00100, Nairobi, Kenya was incorporated on 29th August 2000 in Kenya, with the objective of carrying out Hire Purchase and Leasing activities in Kenya.

Alpha Group, as a part of it's carefully thought out diversification plan, proposes to enter into financial services industry. As a first step in this direction, Millennium Hire Purchase Company Ltd. has been established as a joint venture with individuals having long experience in this line of business. The initial results are encouraging and the Group proposes to consolidate this activity before further diversification in the financial services sector.
