Alpha Logistics Tanzania Ltd (ALTL), Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania was incorporated on 1st August 2003 as a Limited Liability Company in Tanzania, with the objective of providing marine and other logistic support services. This company will be commercializing Alpha Group's expertise in this area by providing logistic support to major infrastructure projects coming up in Tanzania.

ALTL has successfully completed sub-contracting works of Songo Songo Gas Development and Power generation project. They include underwater piping, underwater mattress laying and provision of marine logistics services. Currently ALTL is actively discussing the marine works of Tanzania Harbour Authority.
