The activities of Marine & Logistics Division are under two sub-divisions, namely Marine Products Division and Marine Services Division and are based in Mombasa, Kenya, Kampala Uganda, Maputo Mozambique and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.

Alpha Group's Marine Engineering business activities and expertise are grouped under "Marine Services division". This division provides Total Marine Solution in the field of marine engineering, general engineering and end-to-end offshore Logistics services to clients cutting across the Globe (Africa, Europe, and Australia).

A seamless integration of the two sub-divisions with their symbiotic relationship has created an all inclusive Marine Solution in East Africa. With the continuing expansion of the Marine Services division, the Group looks forward to greater activity, turnover and profits from this area. The activities of the Marine Division are fully integrated and also provide substantial support in the Nile Perch operations (Lake Fishing) in the form of complementing the fishing effort on the lake. All the fish collection barges and vessels are designed and fabricated in-house through Marine Services Division. This ensures that the Group maintains its lead in sourcing the right quality raw material apart from the fact that the investment in people and infrastructure guarantees a reliable and steady supply of required materials.
