Job Purpose:

Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering of the various projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.

Position Specifications:

The person should be from a Contraction Company Background with knowledge in
• Pre-tender planning
• Tendering, estimating, rates, take-off, etc.
• Pre-commencement,
• Project Surveying, placing of sub-contractors, etc.
• Monthly Valuations and other variations related to the claims on site
• Final Account Preparation,
• Construction & Contract Kenyan Law knowledge shall be an added advantage.
• Must possess a degree in a Construction discipline
• 7-10 years proven experience with a large construction firm
