Job Purpose:
Assist the Project Manager by taking responsibility for the furnishings of the project to bring it in on time and to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Site Project Manager,
• Must have vast finishing experience
• Experienced in all aspects of the construction industry is an added advantage
• Required to take construction project from Superstructure stage to completion and Handover
• Coordination of Construction Equipment and Materials associated with the Labour Crews
• Progress the works in line with the requirements of Senior Management
• Achieve a high standard of quality in line with Senior Management's requirements
Required qualifications & experience
• Relevant certificates/ training in a construction discipline
• 10 years relevant experience working on site for a Construction Company, with +5 years in a supervisory position. Must be willing to relocate on a contract basis to areas where projects are.

• There job location can be anywhere in the East and Central African region.
