Job Purpose:
Manage the administrative aspect of construction projects.
Key Roles:
• Allocation of tradesmen/ Operators into the site and managing hours put into each assignment including hours worked, works completed
• Keep track of all material in the stores and issuance of the material;
• Site logistics, including coordinate procurement,
• Client liaison and costing of man hours.
• All other administrative assignments pertaining to the site
• Site documents control and documentation preparation
• Liaison with Client on site
Positions Specifications:
• Diploma/ degree in Construction/ Mobile plant equipment disciplines are an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate with ability to produce daily technical management reports on site
• Experience in construction industry is a must – Plant Management
• Must have good business acumen and excellent communication skills
